Globala Kronoberg arranges a big international training which involves ​5 countries and 25 participants, with a focus on non-formal activities, culture and nature! This year our theme is self realisation and employability, in which the youth leaders will develop their mindset how youth can use their passions and skills to become more attractive in the labor market.

The participants this year will come from Sweden, Spain, Romania, Hungary and Estonia. 

During 10 days, participants will learn about how to best support youth, share their knowledge with youth leaders from other countries and explore different cultures together.​

You don’t need any specific experiences to take part. The idea behind the training is for youth leaders to meet and to discover new working methods that can be done with youth work in the future.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
As a participant, you are provided with accommodation, food and local transportation during the exchange and it is free of charge to take part in the activities.
